Membership

This is the guideline for CBM Alumni  membership.

Eligibility

You are eligible to register as our Alumni member, if you are a:

1. Former student of Convent Bukit Mertajam (Primary and/or Secondary)
2. Former staff of Convent Bukit Mertajam (Teachers, Admin, etc)

Membership Type

There are two types of membership available - Yearly and Lifetime

1. For Yearly - the registration fee is RM10 and RM24 per year for annual subscription. RM10 is only charged on first time registration (RM10+RM24). For subsequent years, the fee is RM24 upon renewal.
2. For Lifetime, the total fee inclusive of registration fee is RM100. This is a one-time payment and there is no need to renew, as you will be a CBM Alumni member for life.

*For those who have registered as yearly members but would like to upgrade to lifetime membership, you can do so by paying the balance to top up to RM100.

How to register?

Fill in the registration form (Borang Permohonan Keahlian).

2. Please fill in the forms, with latest and accurate details.

Payment Method:

You can choose from 3 modes of payment:

1. Cash (Tunai) - Payment by cash directly to the Treasurer / commitee members.
2. Cheque (Cek) - The name on the cheque should be "Persatuan Alumni Sekolah Convent Bukit Mertajam" and the account number is No A/C (MBB) 557308000138
3. Bank In -  Bank in into the Alumni's Maybank Account, Pay to: Persatuan Alumni Sekolah Convent Bukit Mertajam and the account number is No A/C (MBB) 557308000138

Note:

1. Most importantly, for any kind of method or transaction, please keep the Proof of Payment.
2. If you personally know the committee members, and can arrange a meet up, it is advised that you make cash payment and submit the form that you have filled to the person directly.
3. Please request for your receipt / receipt number and membership number.
4. For those who are not stationed in Penang or can't arrange to meet the Treasurer or the Secretary, please email the form that has been filled, together with your Proof of Payment. If you have bank-in via online, the treasurer will check whether the transaction is successful. Please email the forms and proof to alumnicbm@gmail.com
